In this episode I explore the notion that cashflow forecasting is still quite relevant, perhaps even more so, even when cash inflows seem scarce.  As business owners, the pandemic has impacted sales and businesses in so many ways, and therefore subsequently cash coming into our business.  But cashflow isn't just about organic cash movements in, it's about ALL cash movements.
