On this episode, I had a chance to sit down with the lovely Simone Summers.  Simone is a brand ambassador for Grace Cosmetics, an iconic Australian owned skincare direct sales brand, which has been around for over 30 years.  Simone and I chat about what it's like working for an MLM structured business and discuss at length the notion that MLM businesses are a business structure that is challenging and hard work like any other business structure, despite some overzealous reps making big promises of easy money.
