Do MLM structures deserve the bad wrap they continue to get? On this episode, I had a chance to sit down with the lovely Simone Summers.  Simone is a brand ambassador for Grace Cosmetics, an iconic Australian owned skincare direct sales brand, which has been around for over 30 years.  Simone and I chat about what it's like working for an MLM structured business and discuss at length the notion that MLM businesses are a business structure that is challenging and hard work like any other business structure, despite some overzealous reps making big promises of easy money.

Ever found yourself needing a little more information to make more informed and deliberate decisions? In todays episode, I set out to start a discussion about financial reporting in our business, and challenged whether online financial programs were enough to provide business owners with a complete reporting suite to satisfy their needs.  This discussion examines what's on offer vs what a business owner may need to effectively understand the financial numbers in their business.  I explore the notion that perhaps complementary resources may be what's missing when it comes to effective financial decision making tools in our businesses.

On this weeks episode I had a lot of fun catching up with Verena White from ENSO Kinesiology & Lifestyle Solutions.  Verena is not only a Kinesiologist, but also a Transformational Facilitator, helping clients find understanding from their life experiences and healing through connecting with their inner wisdom.
Verena stopped by to discuss translating her services to online, but we also found ourselves exploring the art of creating positive habits to improve motivation and even extracting old pairs of jeans from our closets ... it was a load of fun x

In today's session I'm talking with Kate Heslop from State of Solace.  A podiatrist who owns and runs not only a podiatry clinic, but also a shoe store in Melbourne that sell shoes that not only look great, but are actually great for your feet also.
Kate has been kind enough to join me also this week to discuss the impact that Covid-19 has had on not one but both of her businesses.  And highlights the real differences each one has faced.  But through adversity, this is certainly not a tail of woes, as Kate shares her uplifting story of hope and bright future in the face of the current Covid-19 challenges.

Today Kim Chaplin from Kip McGrath joins me.  Kip McGrath is a franchised global organisation helping primary and secondary age children to improve or extend their learnings.
Kim has kindly spent some time with me today to continue the discussion on the impacts Covid-19 is having on businesses.  With education forced into the spotlight during uncertain times of home schooling and distancing, Kim reminds us that the one thing that doesn't have to change too much are our routines with our kids.  Kim explores the natural downturn in the service offerings of her business with money and job security being challenged by many families, but firmly supports the notion that support education such as that being offered at Kip McGrath has a strong place in the education sector.
